BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking.
I operate a 48-hour cancellation policy here at Laurie-Lou Hair Design. If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice you will not be charged a cancellation fee. If you provide 48 – 24 hours’ notice you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for 100% of your booked services.
If someone in your household tests positive for Covid-19, you will be required to produce a negative Covid-19 test before your scheduled hairdressing appointment with Laurie-Lou Hair Design.
